Project impact is a multi-dimensional criterion (economic, social, environmental etc.), but assessment methodology is unique. As a part of the project and programme evaluation, project management impact assessment should be performed according to a process that not only delivers outputs for the project but it also provides material for feeding the conception and the design of new projects and programs.
