“Train Your Leaders” is much more than just a training programme; it’s an opportunity to recognise and strengthen the potential of executives and managers within your organisation.<\/p>\n

This programme offers a combination of training seminars, a professional leadership accreditation exam issued in partnership with the \u00c9cole des sciences de la gestion de l’Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al (ESG UQAM), and personalised expert coaching during the implementation of an integration project within your organisation. The aim is to support leaders in learning to inspire, motivate and lead with clarity and conviction to achieve your organisation’s objectives.<\/p>\n

Capacity-Building<\/h3>\n

The programme begins with an analysis of your organisation’s priorities and an assessment of your leadership team’s capacity-building needs. The SETYM International team will then provide you with a diagnostic to help you make informed, cost-effective training decisions. A training plan will then be jointly drawn up and delivered by our experienced professionals.<\/p>\n

Professional Leadership Certification Exams (Theoretical Component)<\/h3>\n

We provide official recognition of your leaders’ skills by offering the opportunity to obtain a professional designation issued jointly with the \u00c9cole des sciences de la gestion de l’Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al (ESG UQAM).<\/p>\n

The Manager sp\u00e9cialiste en leadership de Direction (MSLD\u00ae) exam preparation seminar aims to strengthen directors\u2019 leadership skills so they can contribute to developing an organisation’s strategic direction, mobilise and motivate human resources, and boost individual and organisational productivity. Exams are marked and validated by ESG UQAM.<\/p>\n

Note: These certifications are only offered in French.<\/p>\n

Integration Project (Practical Component)<\/h3>\n

Your leaders can also improve their skills through the practical application of various management techniques, including change management, effective communication and results-oriented management. Supported by a mentor who will provide individual coaching sessions, leaders will develop and execute an integration project tailored to their organisation’s challenges and priorities, which will subsequently be validated by their superiors.<\/p>\n

Professional Leadership Certification<\/h3>\n

Leaders who successfully complete the theoretical and practical components will receive their diploma, issued in Montreal (Canada), with the official seals of the University and SETYM International.
