Training Seminar on Measuring Financial Performance in a National Public Institution : Revenue, Budget Execution and Financial Management

A two weeks training was provided to 28 staffs of the Vocational Training Development Fund (FDFP), enabling them to master the budget preparation process, execution as well as internal control and Financial Management.
▪ Improve forecasting, the collection and management of resources of the Vocational Training Development Fund.▪ Increase the participants’ capabilities in terms of managing the budgeting process.▪ Master the necessary flow of information for the smooth running of a public institution.▪ Promote the usage of both monitoring and evaluation tools and techniques to ensure an effective and efficient management.
