Description of actual services provided

With the support of the “United for Peace and Security” Project, funded by the European Union and implemented by Enabel and Expertise France, the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) are embarking on a process of modernizing their human resources management in order to anticipate changes in military and civilian professions, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure the continuity of strategic and technical capabilities. In this context, the implementation of a Strategic Workforce Planning system is essential.
