Description of Services Provided
10-day training for eighteen (18) directors, managers, and staff members of CÔTE D’IVOIRE ENERGIES (CI-ENERGIES).
Specific Objectives
•Plan effectively to manage contracts and disbursements efficiently.
•Use planning and monitoring software for contract and disbursement tracking.
•Assess contract outputs/results in terms of benefits and resource optimisation based on the contract management plan.
