Participant feedback

Overall participant satisfaction was rated at 85%.

  • Before this course, my knowledge of public procurement was rather fragmented. This training taught me how to provide a legal and administrative framework for the way a public entity acquires goods or commissions specialist services, while ensuring transparency, efficiency, fair competition and the proper use of public funds.
  • This training would enable me, in carrying out my work, to ensure compliance with public procurement procedures, apply the relevant legal texts, manage disputes or conflicts that may arise during procurement, and contribute to drafting administrative procurement documents where necessary.
