Description of actual services provided

The CEEC is currently implementing several strategic projects, including the establishment of laboratories in various provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the construction of infrastructure, and research work leading to the creation of industrial processing units.

However, the implementation of these initiatives is hampered by a shortage of skilled and specialised labor capable of transforming an idea into a viable and bankable project.

In this context, strengthening the capacities of the personnel concerned appears to be an urgent necessity in order to equip the institution with the skills required to meet current and future demands and to ensure its long-term performance and innovation.

Specific objectives

  • Provide participants with theoretical and practical knowledge of project management;
  • Develop the ability to transform an idea into a realistic, structured, and bankable project;
  • Foster a culture of planning, methodological rigor, and results within the institution.
  • Implement the mechanisms of planning and conducting audit assignments and performance auditing in public management.
