Leading Beyond Reasoning: How Full-Body Intuition Transforms Decision-Making

Please note that this webinar is expected to last approximately 75 to 90 minutes.
The human conscious thought runs at 10 bits per second while a body’s sensory systems runs at 1 billion, which is 100 million times faster. Yet, most of us never engage with this large reservoir of intuitive intelligence when making decisions.
This data is always available to us, held in our physical awareness, emotions and instincts – waiting to be integrated alongside our analytical thinking to sharpen how we lead and decide.
In this interactive webinar, participants will be introduced to the concept of embodied decision-making, inviting them to integrate analytical thinking with physical awareness, presence, intuition and emotional intelligence.
Participants will explore how adopting distinct physical and psychological ‘stances’ unlocks access to the subconscious data to enhance their ability to lead and make strategic decisions.
The session also examines how incorporating visual scribing and visual sensing into our meetings and conversations can surface what is often invisible to the analytical mind. Complementing this, AI tools will be used to expand intuition beyond habitual frameworks of thinking, leading to broader perspectives and insights that analytical thinking alone may miss.
Grounded in practical techniques and guided exercises, participants will:
- Tap into intuition-based decision-making to access deeper, more integrated judgment;
- Externalise thinking and activate right-brain processing through visual tools;
- Break out of comfort zones to fluidly adopt the stance each situation requires;
- Enhance collaboration and openness by making invisible group dynamics visible;
- Navigate ambiguity with agility by developing the capacity to read situations, respond in real time and lead with sensitivity.
This webinar is designed for leaders, managers and professionals seeking to expand their decision-making capabilities beyond conventional frameworks.
⚠️ A note to participants:
This experience may challenge traditional ways of thinking and operating. It invites you to step beyond familiar, purely rational approaches and engage with more intuitive and embodied practices. A private space and an open mind are all you need to participate.
For those willing to explore beyond their comfort zone, the rewards can be transformative.
