10-day training in Marrakech for 5 officers from the Training and Documentation Centre of the Treasury (CFDT).

Objectifs spécifiques

•Understand the role and usefulness of the Jobs and Skills Framework (REC).

•Learn the concepts and principles of the REC.

•Implement a methodology for designing the REC.

•Assess skill gaps using the REC.

•Use the REC in human resource management.

•Develop HR planning through the implementation of strategic workforce planning (GPEC).

•Identify qualitative and quantitative gaps.

•Develop and implement an HR action plan to anticipate gaps.
