Four 10-day training courses for executives from the Fragile States Financing Execution Unit (CFEF) of the Ministry of Finance.
Specific Objectives

Understand the principles and processes of Results-Based Management (RBM);

Appreciate the importance of managerial and human factors in achieving results;

Be able to effectively plan expected results at all levels of an organisation;

Master the development of performance indicators and the measurement of performance.
