Description of Services Provided

Four 10-day training courses for executives from the Fragile States Financing Execution Unit (CFEF) of the Ministry of Finance.

Specific Objectives

  • Understand the principles and processes of Results-Based Management (RBM);

  • Appreciate the importance of managerial and human factors in achieving results;

  • Be able to effectively plan expected results at all levels of an organisation;

  • Master the development of performance indicators and the measurement of performance.
