Professional Trainer Training
Description of Services Provided
One-Day Training for Islamic Development Bank Executives on Organisational Capacity-Building Needs.
The demand for capacity-building is growing and essential, particularly in procurement, to align with the new procurement framework established by the World Bank and other international donors, as well as in monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that all stakeholders in the M&E system possess the required knowledge and skills.
Every organisation should have internal trainers capable of efficiently transferring knowledge, ensuring rapid, cost-effective, and high-quality training.
“Training is not the same as teaching”—it requires specific expertise, including:
• Understanding adult learning (andragogy) and professional training needs.
• Developing the necessary expertise to bridge skill gaps affecting organisational and staff performance.
• Mastering effective communication and group facilitation techniques.
