Training Course in Leadership and Strategic Planning and Decision Making
Description of Services Provided
A two-week long training course offered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to five (5) staff members of the Tanzania Revenue Authority on Leadership and Strategic Planning and Decision Making.
Specific Objectives
- Understand the concept of leadership, its evolution, and current trends.
- Explore the importance of leadership power and influence, and their connection to both personal and organisational productivity.
- Master key skills and analytical tools required to meet workplace challenges.
- Learn to delegate effectively through a solid understanding of the task lifecycle.
- Improve performance management, accountability through measurement, motivation, and positive feedback.
