Description of Services Provided
A seminar/workshop on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Management was delivered by SETYM International in Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire) from 12 February to 23 February 2024.
Seven (7) executives from CÔTE D’IVOIRE ENERGIES (CI-ENERGIES) took part in this training. They are involved in the monitoring and oversight of PPPs related to hydroelectric power plants, biomass plants, combined-cycle thermal power stations, photovoltaic solar, and wind energy projects.
Specific Objectives

Understand the lifecycle and managerial processes of PPP projects;

Master the tools used to analyse and compare different procurement options, whether through PPPs or traditional approaches;

Familiarise participants with the implementation of PPP procurement procedures and the contractual environment governing PPP agreements.
