• Prepare the planning of evaluation activities and the project closure phase

• Plan the evaluation and closure activities

• Master key tools and techniques

• Manage the administrative, technical, evaluation and financial processes related to project closure in accordance with applicable standards

Project Initiation and Planning

• Develop a comprehensive perspective on project and programme management

• Understand project team management, roles and responsibilities

• Master the stages of the project cycle financed by development partners, from project identification to final evaluation

• Demonstration of project planning and monitoring software
