Participants’ Feedback on the Training
Feedback from participants – “Review, Closure and Evaluation of Development Projects and Programmes”
- “As our project is already entering its final phase and expected to close in less than three months, this training came at just the right time to help us carry out our closure operations effectively. We gained a solid understanding of project closure tools, particularly the emphasis placed on both physical and electronic archiving of all project documents. All of this will contribute to a successful closure in line with best practices. During the training, we used our own project as a concrete case study to enrich the exercises.”
- “The trainer’s availability, the use of concrete examples to help us better grasp and understand the modules, the consultant’s expertise on the subjects, and adherence to the planned agenda were all greatly appreciated.”
