A 5-day seminar/workshop on Lean Management and Public Services: Enhancing Operational Performance was delivered by SETYM International in Kinshasa.Twenty-eight (28) executives from Soins de Santé Primaires en Milieu Rural (SANRU) participated in this training, which took place at Hôtel Le Royal in the Democratic Republic of the Congo from 11 to 22 April 2022.
