17-day training to strengthen team cohesion among staff members of the Secretariat of the West African Power Pool (WAPP).

• Assess the quality and level of team spirit within the Secretariat and identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Advise management based on the preliminary findings of the assessment and propose strategic and operational adjustments to enhance collaboration.
• Identify general team-building activities (such as communication, problem-solving and/or decision-making, adaptability and/or planning, and trust-building exercises) for the Secretariat staff.
• Deliver training programmes and team-building activities.
