Participant Feedback on the Mission
- “In the context of procurement, monitoring and evaluation make it easier to identify issues related to delays and follow-up — for example, by tracking all activities listed in the procurement plan. This enables corrective action or timely adjustments to be made.”
- “The knowledge I gained will support me in my daily tasks. It allows me to move beyond routine work towards more coordinated actions based on established theories.”
- “The training content was well aligned with my role, particularly regarding the monitoring of contract performance.”
- “The trainer helped all participants understand that monitoring and evaluation are an integral part of everyday work. Without them, it’s like walking through the desert without a compass or indicators to guide the way and reach the intended or expected results.”
