Guinea-Bissau: First Training Conducted by ENA under the Supervision of SETYM International

Today marked a significant milestone: the official opening ceremony of the procurement training programme held at the National School of Administration (ENA) in Guinea-Bissau.
This training holds particular importance, as it is being delivered by national trainers under the supervision of SETYM. SETYM trained and accredited these trainers, while our consultants provided guidance and support throughout the training of the first cohort.
This mission is part of an ongoing initiative launched two years ago, aimed at building procurement capacity in Guinea-Bissau. With a focus on sustainability and long-term impact, our objective is to establish a core group of national trainers through the transfer of knowledge and expertise.

The ceremony was presided over by the World Bank Representative, Mrs Fatou Samba, and attended by Mrs Frenanda Mendy, Coordinator of the PRSP II project; Mr Mountaga, Senior Procurement Specialist at the World Bank; Mr Quecoi Sani, Director General of ENA; Mrs Inês Gomes Cá, Administrative and Financial Director of ENA; and Mr Larbi Bennouna, CEO of SETYM.
